Q. How do I return an item purchased from the online store?
A. We accept all returns of non-sale E & Co. items provided they are in their original packaging, unworn and with the tags still present, and this , within 10 days of delivery.
All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
You will receive an email notification when the return process is complete.

Q. I have not received my order and yet I see it has been sent, what can I do?
A. If your order has been sent to you, but you still haven't received it, we ask that you take the following steps:
Wait until 10 business days have elapsed after receipt of the notice of delivery of the order.
Check at your usual post office if your parcel has been deposited there.
