• Q. What is the delivery time
• A. Orders in Quebec are generally shipped and delivered within 3 -5 business days. It is therefore necessary to exclude weekends and public holidays from the calculation of the number of days for delivery.

  • For other destinations, you can refer to Canada Post delivery standards:

    Delivery standards for Canada: 5 to 7 business days
    Delivery standards for the United States: 2 weeks
    Delivery standards for Europe: 3 to 4 weeks
    
    

     

    Q. Can I order items from your store if I live outside of Quebec?

    A. Yes, simply select your province or country from the drop-down menu when entering your delivery details.

Q. How can I return an item purchased in the online store?

 

A. We accept all item returns from E & Co. non-sale provided that they are in their original packaging, that they have not been worn and that the label is still present, and this, within 10 days after delivery.

 

All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

 

Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

You will receive an email notification when the return process is completed.

Q. I haven't received my order but I see that it has been sent, what can I do?

 

A. If your order has been sent to you, but you still have not received it, we ask you to follow the following steps:

 

Wait until 10 business days have passed after receiving notice of delivery of the order.

 

Check at your usual post office to see if your package has been left there.
