Q. What is the delivery time?

A. Orders in Quebec are generally shipped and delivered within 3 -5  business days. It is therefore necessary to exclude weekends and holidays from the calculation of the number of days for delivery.

For other destinations, you can refer to Canada Post delivery standards:

Delivery standards for Canada: 5 to 7 business days
Delivery standards for the United States: 2 weeks
Delivery standards for Europe: 3 to 4 weeks

 

Q. Can I order items from your store if I live outside of Quebec?

A. Yes, just select your province or country from the drop-down menu when entering your delivery details. 

Q. How do I return an item purchased from the online store?

A. We accept all returns of non-sale E & Co. items provided they are in their original packaging, unworn and with the tags still present, and this , within 10 days of delivery.

All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

You will receive an email notification when the return process is complete.

Q. I have not received my order and yet I see it has been sent, what can I do?

A. If your order has been sent to you, but you still haven't received it, we ask that you take the following steps:

Wait until 10 business days have elapsed after receipt of the notice of delivery of the order.
