Return conditions

Q. How do I return an item purchased from the online store?

A. We accept all returns of non-sale E & Co. items provided they are in their original packaging, unworn, and the label still present. , within 10 days of delivery.

All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
You will receive an email notification when the return process is complete.

Q. What address can I return an item to?

Q. I did not receive my order and yet I see that it has been sent, what can I do?

A. If your order has been sent to you, but you still have not received it, we ask that you take the following steps:

  • Wait until 10 working days have elapsed after receipt of the notice of delivery of the order.

  • Check at your usual post office to see if your package has been dropped off there.

  • Contact our customer service at the following address and we will respond to you within 24 hours:
