Q. What is the delivery time?
A. Orders shipped to Quebec are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days. It is important to note that this time frame excludes weekends and public holidays from the calculation.

A. Yes, you can order items from our store, regardless of your location. Simply select your province or country from the drop-down menu when providing your delivery details.
Q. How can I return an item purchased in the online store?
A. All returns of E& Unsold Co. are accepted, provided that they are in their original packaging, unworn, and that the label is still present. This return must be made within 10 days after delivery. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, and please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. An email notification will be sent to you once the return process is complete.

A. If your order has been shipped but you have not yet received it, please follow these steps:

Check at your usual post office to see if your package has been dropped off there.
